we went on a thursday night & sat it in the pizzeria area. very spacious & full bar, which was a nice touch. we ordered the orecchiette alla calabria & penne alla gabriella. pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. everyone else had ordered their crunchy pie & that's something we'll definitely be ordering next time.

Repeat visits have not disappointed. The ultra thin pizzas still defy gravity with their super crispy crust, and the quality of service remains excellent. This time around, we tried out the salads. Verdict? Don't sleep on them. The steak was cooked perfectly (we asked for medium, and it arrived with a just-right amount of pink in the middle). The chicken salad was also a hit, with a giant, shaggy pile of shredded chicken. The bonus was the pieces of deep-fried croutons that added a hint of naughty to our otherwise healthy bites. Since moving to Jersey, I've been on a bit of a pizza journey and Calabria remains close to the top of my personal favorites. Definitely still recommend!

My gal pal in NJ sent me a box of their food. 2 ravioli & 3 different pizzas to California. Being from the east coast I have often missed the Italian food from NY & NJ. Arrived nicely packaged & well chilled. I absolutely loved the super thin crust and shaved toppings. The ravioli was excellent! It was so good I'm ordering my own box to get more. Not sure why people say the crust in pizza greasy maybe ask to bake longer. Baking my own at home I had a nice crisp crust with a flop.

I went with the hot honey crunchy thin pizza. Not my first time here, but this one always delivers. I don't do this too often as a little pricier that I want to pay, but it's worth every penny. Highly recommended

Very surprised this place has such a low rating on Yelp. Might have to return and try some other things on the menu but called in late last night to pick up a pie and I gotta say I'm surprised. But believe the hype! Got half pepperoni with hot honey/half plain. I love a sweet salty combo so I would get the pep/honey again but ask for the honey on the side. Loved the cheese though. It smelled like good pizza (IYKYK) and looked delish. No flop. Crunch in each bite. Def need to try some other pizzas. Some may not like the thin crust because it's not a typical NY style thin but I enjoyed it. Light and crunchy so didn't feel heavy after eating. The guy was helpful over the phone and friendly upon arriving. We didn't know there was a dine in option, otherwise we would have just had it there but we picked up and ate it on the car because I wasn't going to wait to get home. Haha! When pulling into the parking it looks like a huge restaurant or catering hall but when you walk in they have Italian goodies to take home, counter to the left. Looked like you can order slices to go too but again we were in and out because we ordered close to closing time. To the right is where they have dine in option. Highly recommend.

The first time I had Calabria was via takeout since they offer a decent amount of gluten-free items. I ordered ravioli, which was quite good, but the mozzarella sticks were literally breaded cheese mush. Although they tasted good, they were unappealing to look at. I decided to visit in person with my SO and neighbor for an early dinner. You need to enter on the pizzeria side when you arrive, and there's plenty of parking available. We entered the pizzeria area and moved towards the dining room. A person behind the counter showed us where we could sit, and we were right next to the drink station/bar. The restaurant itself looks dated and gives off a weird, almost sad vibe. We had three different workers tending to our table, which made ordering a bit of a pain, but then the staff were nowhere to be found when one of us actually needed something. We ordered several different items, and since I eat slowly, my large bowl of tasty gluten-free penne vodka barely had a dent. One of the servers came to the table, stared at the plate, and then at me before asking, "You good?" which I didn't think was appropriate. This is a dining establishment, and I can't imagine asking a customer "You good?" like that. I stared back at them, partially in disbelief, before being asked the same question again simply because I wasn't scarfing down my meal. I stared because I wanted us both to be uncomfortable--fair is fair. I was not keen on the service, so I think it's safe to say we'll stick with delivery going forward.
